How do I place an order?

​​Simply click the Add to Cart button and your chosen product(s) will be added to you Shopping Cart (in the top-right corner of the screen). You can continue to shop for other products and add these to your cart in the same way.To see or check the contents of your cart you can use the Preview Cart link. If you change your mind or want to adjust quantities, simply click View Full Shopping Cart.When you have finished shopping, click on the Proceed to Checkout button and either log in or (if you are a new customer), provide your billing and shipping information.back

​Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of PaymentCredit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

 

Shipping Policy

orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm

We use the following carrier to deliver our orders:USPS/Priority

We will update your order with a tracking number

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown your shipping charges, and you will have the option/chance to not place the order if you decide to.

 
 
Returns, Refunds & Exchange
 

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

You must return within 15 days of purchase.

 

  1. Please email acneredbox@gmail.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #

  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3.  Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

 

Return Exceptions

Items cannot be returned if they are opened, worn or damaged.  Boxers cannot be returned (no exceptions)

All items must be exchanged within 15 days of purchase.

 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.  Original shipping and handling charges that you paid on the order will not be refunded.

 

Exchanges

If your product  items are in “like new” condition, you may exchange for a different products.  You will not be subject to restocking fee in this case, but you will still be required to pay return shipping.
